Mortgage for Property in Dubai

I am in the process of purchasing a villa in Dubai. I am american and was wondering if anyone knows where I could get a mortgage in the U.S. for this property. I would like to finance about 1/3 of the purchase price, and would rather not get the UAE mortgage.

Also, we were thinking that myself and the kids would relocate to Dubai, while my husband would continue working in the U.S. He is an independent consultant in the technology field. If we were to do that and were residents of UAE, would we still have to pay income tax on my husband's income? Is there some way around that?

Should we decide to not relocate immediately, we will need to rent our villa. Has anyone had good dealings with someone in Dubai for this purpose? Could you pass on the referral?
