Expat Packages - Reasonable requests

I have been offered a position in Dubai (by a British firm).

I worked in Bahrain from '90-'97 and at that time my expat package included a base salary and allowances (or provided) for housing, vehicle, fuel, 6-weeks vacation and return air fare to the US or fare equivalent each year for all family. Salary was paid in US dollars.

Is this still standard fare for a package today?

What can a family of 3 expect to ask for in Dubai as a standard?

Any help on suggested housing allowances, school fees (now that my daughter is school age) or other would be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you
