Looking for business opportunity for experienced telecom / IT project manager

Dear All,
I am looking for my next challanging assignment, and I am considering to move to one from the Gulf countries.

However, first of all I need a contract, best would be an expat one, but due to low taxation, eventually it would be possible to save several bucks with a local contract too.

I have heard that some of telecom employers in e.g. S.A. are providing some extras for local contract too, such as housing etc?

Is it correct? What are standard conditions today in the region?

Could you recommend me one or the othre who I migh approach, that is expanding manpower and is ready to pay good salary to experienced west european manager?

Yes, yes, I know, U.A.E. would be better than S.A., feel free to recomend U.A.E. potential employer to me.
