Cost of Living in Abu Dhabi

I have recently been offered a position in Abu Dhabi, and I would really like to relocate. However, I have a lot of questions and concerns about up rooting myself across the world.
I am 28 years old, american, and single. I am being offered 9000aed per month and an apartment allowance of 40000aed per year.
I will be responsible for car/electric/water/cable/internet/cell/groceries etc...
I would like to know if someone would be able to tell me if this I will be able to live comfortably with the current offer.
I do not want to struggle for money while I am there.
