Info on taking our pets to Dubai

My family (including two furry creatures, a kitty and a doggie) is moving to Dubai within the next 2 to 3 months. We are from Canada currently residing in Greece and will be flying out of Athens. I have tried to find exact info on the procedure for taking our pets, but have not found anything specific except that they do not quarantine them and that they are required to have their vaccinations. They do have their vaccinations, so what's next do they accept the booklet from the vet or do we need to do anything else? I can easily find out what is required in order to fly out but not what they will ask for once we get there. Since we will also be traveling with our 3-year-old son it will be an issue getting stuck at the airport unprepared, so any help or info you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
