Bored in Abu Dhabi

Hey, I'm a single, 28 year old Canadian guy living in Abu Dhabi since end of June. I know we're just entering the peak season and that things should improve but I feel like I'm going stir crazy in this city. How is that I've been here four months and still haven't many any cool people to hang out with - and honestly, I couldn't care less where they're from - Sweden, India, Antarctica, Botswana, or Canada.
