your view on 'Salary Package' offer

Hello everyone,
We are considering the option of relocating to Dubai, which entirely depends on the package. Our motive to move is to live comfortably for 5 years and be able to SAVE SOME MONEY for future investments that we haven't been able to achieve in spain. An offer has been made to my husband to work with a reputable big five at a director level, we already refused an offer of 400k dhs all inclusive, however did not include educational fees. what would the annual school fees be for two age 5 and 8 in a top private school, to rent 3/4 bedroom villa ( we have been told the rents are ridiculous) does anyone have a realistic idea how much one should expect to pay monthly in an nice, safe area close to a good private school. my husband is being asked to make another offer we are asking for 580k dhs that will include education. Are we asking little or too much ?keeping in mind a pressuried job that will involve travels. we can at least expect the rewards to be worth the endurance. your views please.
