Any Australian Primary Teachers in Dubai?

Hi there! My hubby is currently a Year 4 primary teacher & we're thinking about relocating to Dubai with our 2 toddler sons. We need a change.

He wants to finish the Australian school year (December) with the school his been at for 6 years - he doesn't want to look like his deserted his students but I know the UAE school year begins in September - would it be harder for him to get a job if he starts halfway through the school year & do jobs become available mid year?

Just wondering which agency you may have used & what is a good package.

Any advise would be appreciated.
