Hepatitis Blood Test for Resident Visa

What blood tests Dubai government actually perform when giving some expatriate a residence visa and health card ( after he is able to found a job)? I have heard that along with HIV, hepatitis B and C are also tested and only if they are -ve then the employee is allowed a resident visa and health card.

Please anyone confirm.
