New to AB, Looking for info and People

First, I've been offered a "decent job" in Abu Dhabi as a regional Director in IT. I've been in Asia for 10 years now so now cultural issues

1. ROUGHLY what kind of package is required to live a decent expat life, nice home, car, dine and drink as well as put cash away for later?

2. Where can I find intellegent, CLASSY, educated ladies of any color? I prefer Asian ladies but could be swayed by the right person.

3. Any preferred places to live for room and value, be that apartment or house.
