Dear Jen (Pennylane),

I was reading the many responses to your email and I was thrilled to see that there are many of us single women living in AUH seeking for friends to do things with!

I am 33, a New Yorker, and I just moved to AUH a month ago. Have you been able to meet with some of the people who've responded to you? Is there a group of you that i could perhaps meet up with? Or does anyone know of book clubs or other social circles I could get involved with here? I love living in Abu Dhabi, but I'm finding it hard to meet people.
