Speech Language Therapist looking for work in Abu Dhabi

I currently work in Dubai but am thinking of setting up own business to provide Speech and Language Therapy to schools in Abu Dhabi. Could anyone help me find who I would talk to and how big is the need there? Understand there is big need but would like to work for a school directly or be on consultant basis.
By the way, I hear it's lovely up there, like Dubai but so big and busy.
