Opening a Satelite Office in Dubai

Hi,

I am an American Citizen living in Chicago. I am negotiating a position where I would be opening a satellite office for a multinational financial software company in Dubai. They want to incorporate in Dubai for tax purposes, but also for the growth in the financial industry. I am already certain that I want to go to Dubai, I just want to make sure I negotiate a good salary and benefits. I live pretty well here in Chicago, and want to make sure I am well compensated. I am single without any children.
