Unmarried and cohabiting in Abu Dhabi

I have just been offered a job in Abu Dhabi which I have accepted. I plan to bring my girlfriend to the UAE with me. I have been told she will have to get a job also to qualify for a visa.
Can you recommend any good websites which advertise engineering jobs?

Also, I have heard it is illegal for unmarried couples to cohabit! Is this law enforced? Obviously, this could prove a major issue for us.
