Having a baby in Abu Dhabi

I'm currently living in Yemen and I'm a South African citizen. I'm expecting a baby and would like to know how difficult it is to have my baby in Abu Dhabi. I've never been there.

My other option is going to Dubai or back home. Yemen is the last place you wanted to be when expecting, believe me.
