American moving to Dubai. . many questions!

Hello all! I'm a single female in her 30's looking to relocate to Dubai or Abu Dhabi in the coming months. . I had a few practical questions that I was hoping for help with!

1) I have a cat I'd like to bring with me. I understand there's no quarantine when I bring her there, but what about when I'm preparing to come back to the US in a few yrs?

2) Do all the American cell phone plans work in the UAE? I'm currently with Verizon, may be switching to AT&T. . wondering if there's service there with all the major cell phone carriers.

3) Should I buy alcohol here and bring it with me? I understand you need a license to buy alcohol there (?)

4) Do all the major US banks have offices/branches there? I'm unsure if I'll have to open up a new checking account once I get there. .
