Employment Agencies & Finding work

Hello,

My husband and I have a friend who has worked in Dubai and we are considering the challenge. Does anyone have any advise on the best way to find work. We are still in Australia.

My husband has approx 9 years experience working on various construction and road/tunnel projects as an Electrical Trade Assistant. I have searched many sites for job listings and the problem is all listings are for management positions and degree qualified. Surely they need general labourers on these massive projects or is there something we are not aware of? I have prenty of Admin experience and have found plenty of listings it's more my husbands job we are enquiring about. Any information or advice would be much appreciated.
