Cost Furnish a Villa?

My expat package tp Dibao includes up to 235,000 dhs/year for housing. I can either get a furnished or unfirnished villa (for a family of 4). If I go the unfurnished route, I get a one-time furniture allowance of about 37,000 dhs. Can I furnish a 3 br villa on that or should I go for a furnished place and give up the furniture allowance?
