Thinking of moving to UAE

Hope someone can help,

I'm and environmental consultant from New Zealand, currently residing in Ireland. I would really like to move to Abu Dhabi but am having trouble trying to find my way around the websites. How can I make an informed decision as to the strength of job market in my sector?

Any advice on any aspect of movement to Abu Dhabi from visas to recruitment and living would be greatly appreciated.
