Searching for a position in Executive Management in the UAE - in need of advice and assistance.

My name is David. I am a Citizen of the United States seeking a position in Executive Management in the UAE. I have over 25 years of experience in Executive Management as a company owner and entrepreneur. My current company, Kuhlhaus, LLC, is involved in real estate development (the design and execution of one-of-a-kind, high-end, single-family residences. Kuhlhaus, LLC is a rather small company. We have completed only two projects; however, both of these projects have received international recognition. Prior to founding Kuhlhaus, LLC, I owned a light manufacturing company with my two brothers. Flexicon, Inc. was in the field of flexible packaging materials conversion (film, foil, and paper). Flexicon, Inc. was principally focused upon the custom development of flexible barrier structures to prolong the shelf life of food products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Kuhlhaus, LLC was a startup company and Flexicon, Inc. was a startup company. Obviously, I am quite familiar with the rigors associated with startup ventures; however, I am also very familiar with the dynamics necessary to build and develop a company into a profitable enterprise. I am a hands-on, results oriented manager with a very strong background in all areas of light manufacturing including: operations management, production management, materials management, account management, purchasing and procurement, customer service, and new product development. I have held P&L responsibility for my own company and I served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Flexicon, Inc. for 5 years. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. I have also completed all coursework and completed the Written Comprehensive Examination for a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. I am currently completing the Dissertation Requirement for this Degree. I feel that I have a great deal to offer, but my search for a position in the UAE needs some direction. I am asking for advice and assistance. If anyone in the forum knows of a good Executive Recruitment Firm specializing in placements in the UAE, I would greatly your input. If you have a specific contact that you feel could be of help to me, you would have my undying gratitide.
