Salary negotiation tips

Dear all,

my spouse is offered a job - Assistant Professor , Lecturer at a University in Dubai.
The Uni asked to provide expexted salary range. We are doing some research online but could not find something that gives good info.
Any advice please?
We have 3 kids.
Benefits included will be medical insurance, accommodation, annual return ticket, and kids education.
