Visa sponsorship of step children

Hello, my husband is a pilot and is working in Dubai, I have 2 children from a previous relationship and we are planning to relocate to Dubai so we can all live as a family.
I have secured a teaching job in Dubai and my husband will be sponsoring his step childrens visa and mine.
My husband has already got our house in Dubai.
We have an attested no objection certificate from the childrens biological father.
What is the process of my husband sponsoring his step children?
I am keen to hear from anyone who has gone through a similar process.
