Nomad Visa

I do not meet the threshold for the working nomad visa as I only earn 2k (sterling) net per month. However are there other means of being eligible to work remotely in Dubai for the UK if my partner is earning a lot more than me (e.g. 8k). Is this taken into account with a visa or any other means of me being able to work remotely? How does this work with UK tax also. Thanks
