Emergency Medical Help Needed: Foreign Friend in Dubai

Hi. We are in dire need of an emergency loan for my foreign friend in Dubai. We have the money in a bank account here but he can't access it due to his very bad medical condition and he is the only one on the account. His attorney can provide all details for this. Can you please help us? We need approximately 150.000 AED. They would be paid back in less than one month. We will pay them back whatever amount they want for the amount that they lent us.
