Feeling Settled In???

Hi...

I'm new to this site, though not really new to expat life, and that is the topic that I wanted to ask people about. I have been in the UK for quite some time, and actually have made many friends through my husband's colleagues. But, it's funny how it hasn't really "become my home," if you know what I mean. Does anyone else have that same sense? I guess it stands to reason, since I'm American and the UK really isn't my home. Any thoughts?
