getting a job in London

20 years ago
I am about to marry a UK citizen here in the states. We are thinking of relocating to London in the next year or two. As the spouse of a UK citizen is it easy/hard for me to find employment (I'm a US citizen)?

Is it better for me to have a firm job offer prior to moving there? Any advice is appreciated.
