New Passport/Visa Transfer question

My two daughters have had their US passports renewed and now need to have the Indefinite Leave to Remain stamp transferred to the new one. Has anyone had to have this done before?

I have the form for it, and am still recovering from the shock of the fee. My real question is how to fill out this form? I don't need to have the transfer done for myself, but since they are my dependents, do I still need to fill it out as the applicant, and then list them under the dependents section? Or do they each need to apply separately?

Any help appreciated as it may be some time before I hear from Home Office about it.
