Help moving from Florida to London

Please help! I don't know where to start regarding moving from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL to NW or SW London. In FL we make $135,000/yr. Have GREAT schools for the children and live in a 3400 sf 5 bdroom, 4 bath home woth about $600,000. How do I compare when looking for a house in London? I don't understand the conversion/prices in London. How do I know what I can afford to spend there for rent? Salary in London would be $200,000? I can't seem to find a decent website to compare. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you! Rebecca
