Family moves from NYC to London

Hello,
My husband has been offered a position in his firm's London office. He got the details of his package today and I don't know what to think about it... He's going to keep his base salary in US$ (around $150K) and the firm will pay additional annual compensation of around US$165K. We get 1 month free housing, $10K lump sum payment, and relocation assitance, and all moving expences paid by the firm.

We have a 9 month old baby so we'll have to get a nanny. in addition, we'll be loosing my income (I work full time) at least temporarily while we settle in, etc (currently I make around $100K as a technology project manager.) Then, I'd like to go back to work We live in a very nice neighborhood of NYC and we own the place which we'll have to sell as well as a car which we'll have to sell, too.

I have a few questions:
1. Is it a fair offer?
2. What should I exect to pay for a nanny?
3. What neighborhoods will we be able to afford considering I'd like to have a 3 bdrm place if possible?
4. Should I expect finding ajob for a salary comparable to my current one?

Thank you.
