Expat package review: Northern Virginia to London

Hi,
Would you please take a look at the package my company is offering to temporarily relocate to London.

Here is our situation:
My husband and I have one son and we decided that only I will be relocating to London, for a 12 month period.

Paid in the US:
---------------------
My base salary: $130K
Bonus: $20K

My company is offering the following (paid in the UK):
COLA: $33,288
Housing allowance: $33,000 ( I am presuming for a studio or 1-bed, tax free I believe)

Other:
2 paid trips for my family to the UK
8 regular paid personal-business combined trips for me back to Northern Virginia (where our HQ is)
1 house hunting trip for me alone
Relocation allowance: $4000
Shipment of personal goods: TBD

How does this compare? Is this reasonable? Any advice is much appreciated.
