Bringing U.S. Car to UK

We are moving to London and are debating whether to bring our car with us or sell it in the US and buy one once we have relocated. We definitely want a car there, and would like to bring ours since it does not cost much to ship it, its new and paid in full, and we love it. However, we are concerned about having the steering wheel on the left side (safety?) and the ability to sell it in the UK if we decide to not ship it back to the US at the end of our approximately 2 year stint.

Any advice on what to do? By the way, it is an Audi A4, 3.2L.
