Expat Deal Review

Hi,

The marketing firm I work for recently offered me a posting in the UK. I am looking for a sanity check on how fair it is:

salary = 98k GBP
bonus = 0-15%
1 mos salary grossed up for misc costs
Housing search
2 mos temp housing
Financial/tax advice
1k GBP gym reimbursement
Personal goods shipment

This is a local deal rather than a full blown expat package so there is no housing allowance or such.

I make ~ 160k in the US.
