Rule of Thumb

I just found out that my company will be presenting me with a package tomorrow (19 Oct) to reivew a potential Ex Pat opportunity in the UK. I am doing what I can in the limited time to pull up info., but is there a rule of thumb on what to expect regarding bump in salary + bonus if moving from New York to London? Current salary ~ $135K + 35K (Bonus). Suggestions on how to deal with currency fluctuations? Any help is appreciated..
