COLA & package

I have just accepted a package that includes the following (I will be paid in US $):

$100,000 COLA adjustment in addition to my salary
($140,000)

$15,000 relo bonus for appliances, etc

moving of my personal belongings

temp housing up to 1 month until I find a flat

trip home every year

filing of US & UK taxes

house hunting service to help find permanent flat in London

I think this is pretty fair, but would love to get some other opinions/thoughts.
