American physician considering move to London

Hello everyone, hoping someone can help.

I am a US-trained, American boarded physician (psychiatrist) with 5 years post-residency experience and have begun to research relocating to London. Am wondering if there are any physicians around--ideally a psychiatrist--who have made this move and could advise on certification and job prospects for American IMGs. Because my wife is a Spanish national, I don't believe I have to worry about visas.
