UK Relocation with Girlfriend

I am currently in discussions with my current employer to relocate to London. This position would be a promotion within my company.

Salary issues aside, my major concern is my girlfriend's ability to work. She also has a solid career and would like to move with me to London and find a job within her profession.

We having been living together for 2+ years and dating for over 4 yrs.

My relocation timeline looks as if I'd be living/working in London by June 1st. By that time we may be engaged.

We are not in the position to have a long distance relationship and she is willing to relocate. What does she need to do to get a job within the UK? Her current employer does not have an office or plans in the UK, so she will have to resign.
