Moving to London with kids- follow

I've checked other postings and one of the main comment is that the questions are too wide, so I'll try to be more specific:
Here's the package
90K£
20% bonus
5250£ for a car
30K£/year for housing and school fees
8000£ tax free for aplliances
5000£ curtain allowance
Does it sound enough?

Next question is where to live
Hubby's job on Oxford street.
I am a teacher, don't know where I'll find work
We're currently living near Geneva in a village in a big house of 200 sp meters and 5 bedrooms + a garden.
We've had enough of living in a very tiny village but don't feel ready to be cramped in a tiny house between two buildings either! A compromise between village&city would be nice.
We have three kids. They play soccer, tennis, judo, athletics and they like to hike and ride their bikes. They will be this summer 10, 8 and 4.
They don't speak English. I am not worried about the younger two, they'd pick up Enlgish easily, the youngest actually undertands a fair amount. My pb is my girl. She's finishing primary school in one year. Will this one year be enough for her to become fluent enough in English to move on to junior high?
My husband and I love the theater, the movies and books but unless we have a great sitter we don't expect to be going out in the city all the time so a bit of green to do sports with the kids would be welcome.
I hope I have been detailed enough!
Thank you very much.
