San Francisco to London

Hi everyone,
I am lookin for some advise on a move to London I am considering. My company has offered me a job in London, but will not be as an ex-pat. Basically just help me reloate with a money to move all my stuff. I earn $180K here but the UK offer is 110 GBP. I am thinking of asking them to help off set my increase cost of hosuing by helping with 1,000 GBP in housing. I have 3 kids and want to make sure they go to a good school. I have them in private school here, but only cost me approx $500 a month for each. I am told private schools are way more in London.

any advise is appreciated.
