Moving to Knightsbridge

Hello: I will be moving to the UK in a few months. My husband and I found a flat in knightsbridge. I heard this area is pretty affluent. Can someone provide advice on the best places to go for dining, shopping, groceries..that is reasonsable? What are your thoughts on The Peak health club? Also, are there any local women's groups in the area you can recommend?
