Buying women's petite jeans in UK

Where can I find a large selection of reasonably priced petite women's jeans in the Welwyn Garden City area? I have been to several local shops, and they have little to no selection. For price comparison, I would normally shop at Kohl's in the US and pay maybe $20-$30 for a pair. I understand that I will probably have to shell out more in the UK, but I'm hoping I won't have to break the bank doing it.

I'm in my mid 20s and wear a size 14 petite in the US. I'd be looking for a petite wide-leg or bootcut style in a dark wash, mid-rise.
