Considering move to UK- what's a good package?

Hi!

I am considering a move to the Reading, London area in the UK from Herndon, Virginia in the US. I make a package of $78,000 plus 11% (assured) bonus. What's a good package to ask for in Reading, UK considering higher taxes, COLA and relo expenses.

With the economy being the way it is, I want to be reasonable but also want to make sure I am slightly better off. My company has usually paid a fixed amount as lump sum for relo ($5k) in the past, what's a good salary and relo package to as for?

Please advice.
