need help understanding

I am a married mom with three kids my husband and oldest son is disabled
my family from way back when was from wales. I will be a certified medical asst, in another year and would like to move back to my original homeland. how can i do this ? Do they need medical personnel badly there like they do in the states? I want to move there permanently and will my husband and child receive medical care and what about there disability checks they receive here in the states ? How long would I have to be there for my whole family to get citizenship and the benefit's for my husband and child what cost am I looking at for the whole process? thank you very much in need of info and don't know where to start so thanks again.
