Help: US to UK Expat Package

First off, I'm not sure if I posted this twice. The internet is behaving a bit screwy at the moment.

Regardless, my company is starting to begin the process of shipping me to the UK for ~3-5 years. I'm basically the guinea pig in this process as I am the first employee to be semi-permanently relocated for the company.

When I signed on a year or two ago, the company agreed to supply a flat and access to the company car as well as the costs of shipping my belongings over to the UK. Beyond that, nothing else has been negotiated yet.

Also, just a quick background, I work in Oklahoma and make about $70K (which works out to about $42K take home pay after taxes, 401k, etc). Once in the UK, I will be traveling more often than not, generally for weeks or months at a time. Our UK offices are about an hour (by train) north of London.

So, the following is the package I’d like to propose. Please let me know how realistic this is (or isn’t) and anything I might be missing:

-Post tax pay of $10,000 from our US offices to maintain my 401k and allow me to max out my Roth IRA
-A post tax salary of 55K pounds. I basically doubled my US take home salary and then converted into pounds. (Reasonable?)
-Flat and utilities covered (already agreed to. Basically I’ll be living out of the company house. Pretty sure that means I don’t have to worry about any council tax, etc)
-Access to the company car (Already agreed to)
-Yearly paid tax prep. I’m not going to try to navigate that on my own.
-Shipping my items to/from the UK (already agreed to)
-Yearly home leave, airfare paid
-A month of temp housing on my return to the US
-More employment related than relocation, but: For every weekend worked outside of the UK I’d like those days back (through vacation) when I return to the UK

What am I missing? I’m in great health and on one generic med, so I’m thinking national health care should be fine.. or should I ask for private health insurance?

Anyways, any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
