seeking flat share

I’m an American architect expat who will begin a new job in Mayfair this week.

Since I still have a house for sale in the US I am looking for a flat share situation within a 2 mile walk of Mayfair. I’ve shared flats on & off all of my life an am very easy going, clean & quiet. The perfect flat mate.

I am arriving in London on 17 March. My lodging needs for the near future are very basic.
The perfect situation would be a single room in a private home with kitchen & bathroom privileges.

Any advice on how I can find suitable lodging?
