Move to London - employee transfer

Hi all,

I have read a few posts on here reg people relocating to london. I currently live in the US (in CT, close to NYC) and am a citizen of India. My company is moving me to london as my Visa to work in the US is coming to an end.
This is my situation, I currently make around 130K in the US and my company is basically going to terminate me as a US employee and hire me back as a UK employee. But I am unsure of the package they are offering. Its as follows:

GBP 65000 annual salary
They would pay for moving my stuff and for 1 months temporary residence
Will pay for tax advisor
Will take care of immigration/visas

Just by looking at the existing forex rates and also at the higher cost of living/taxes in London, I believe I am taking a major pay cut, if I accept this offer. I am a single guy but at the same time want to continue to keep the same standard of living when I move. Can you all please advise if the offer is even close to what I make now in terms of actual living in London? I know I am comparing apples to oranges, hence need your expert advice. I prefer the move but am definitely against doing it on the backdrop of what looks like a 25-30% pay cut... Thanks in advance...
