Considering job relo to Amersham

My spouse is considering a job relo with current company. The location will be Amersham. I have lots of questions. We don't know the package but do companies still offer tuition assistance for children?

The closest International school I can find nearby is in Hillingdon. Are there nice areas to lve around there? Currentlly we are in an upper middle class suburb of Atlanta. We would like to live in an area that has access (walking to shops would be great) to shops restaurants etc. but also with some green space for my kids.

And my last question is...is it worth the relo headaches (we have relocated several times within US so I know it isn't a picnic) to go overseas?

Thanks..a very hard decision to make.
