Vietnam to Stoke-on-Trent, Need your advice the package

Dear all,
I am living in Vietnam. I have recently received an offer to come work in Stoke-On-Trent, UK. The offer covers Housing, School fee for kids, Insurance, car, furniture moving, visa and work permit.
I have an income of 54,600 USD per year. The new job will give me an premium expatriation 25% and relocation 15% on top of my local income.
I dont know about Stoke and I wonder if someone can advise me what I need to ask offerer to provide further.
I am also appreciated if someone can give me few od ideas about COLA in Stoke, few information about transportation, Delivery of birth in UK... I am so new to UK.
