Preparing to move to Uk

Hello I am currently in the United States Army and am planning on finishing me term with the Army in 2012. I am married to a UK citizen and we are planning on moving back to England. My question is I am currently working in the logistics branch have been doing this for 10 years now and have soldiers working under me. What will I need to do to try to get a job in that branch and any other tips and information to prepare myself for this move woruld be greatful. Thank you in advance for any and all info. We are planning on living in the Huntingdon area.
