Hello,
My husband and I will be moving to London from the US in the next 4-8 months with our 80-pound lab. I'm already aware of how to actually MOVE him there, but I'm curious if anyone has any advice on LIVING in London with a large dog.
Specifically, I have no idea how to travel with one, now that we won't have a car. Does everyone with dogs live in walking distance to a kennel/vet/dog park? What are the options for that?
Are there any specific areas that you'd consider especially dog-friendly? (or dog-unfriendly?) I'd really like to live within zones 2/3, to minimize commuting time.
I'm sure it'll be harder to find flat rentals that allow dogs, but I haven't yet found any property-search website that offers that as a filter/option, so the only thing I can think of is to just call each place individually and ask. Anyone aware of a better option?
Thanks for your help. :)
