Salary Comparisons - Moving from Seattle to London

Hi there! Just getting started on salary/relocation negotiations with my company (a global advertising holding company).

I'm looking for a reliable source to help me with salary negotiations/relocation financials as I'm looking to make sure we have a relatively similar level of lifestyle there in the UK.

If I were making, say, $85k here and paying about $2k/month in rent... how much would I need to be asking for to keep that same level of comfort?

I'm completely at a loss here, so any help (or links to reliable sites), would be great! Thank you so much in advance.
